Not so. It's actually pretty easy to do.

To filter out rank=1 horses, use the PRD1 avoid Pred Score Rank = 1 filter code.

If you want to filter out both rank=1 and rank=2 horses, use both the PRD1 and PRD2 filter codes... like this: PRD1-PRD2

To filter out the top five ranks use PRD1-PRD2-PRD3-PRD4-PRD5

IOW, the avoid specific rank filter codes combined with the avoid >= rank filter codes allow you to basically pick and choose what ranks you want your UDM to flag by virtue of what you have left over after you are done making eliminations."
